How to Shop
Shopping is easy. Ordering is simple. Next to each of the items in our collection, you’ll see an “Add to Cart” button.
Add to CartTo make a selection, enter the quantity you would like to order in the quantity box, then just click the “Add to Cart” button and the item(s) will be added to your cart.
You will see the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your screen while you shop indicating your current selection.

You may click on this button at any time to view, modify or delete items from your shopping cart; or to place your order.
Product Search
If you are looking for a specific product, the top navigation bar has a quick search space where you may enter the product name or item number. For example, type in "cap" and you will be directed to a search results page which will picture all the caps available at Lowe’s Zone.
From that results page you may choose to add the item directly into your cart or you may click on any of the images to see additional information about the product. If you don't find what you are looking for, or if you have a new idea for a product that isn't featured on the eStore, let us know! Email us at CustomerSupport@LowesZoneStore.com .
Inventory Availability
While shopping, you will see one of the following inventory status comments for each product with its availability. Below is a brief description of each:
- In Stock: The item you are requesting is currently in stock and available to ship.
- Pre-order: This item is available for advanced ordering and will ship upon receipt.
- Discontinued: The item you are requesting is out of stock and no longer available.
- Backordered Items: Any items that you order which exceed the available quantity will remain on order in a back ordered status. Please note that the back ordered portion of your order will ship to you in one shipment once they are all in stock. Shipping and handling charges are estimated on order total. If you have any questions regarding your back ordered items, please call 1-888-860-8802 (5am - 5pm PST / 8am - 8pm EST) to speak with a customer service representative.

Gift Certificates
Electronic gift certificate will be delivered via e-mail and can be redeemed online, by fax, phone or mail. Any gift certificate you purchase will have a serial number, such as 1111-2222-3333-4444. Remaining balances on gift certificates can be used for future orders by reentering your existing number. Terms and Conditions:
- Gift certificates are not returnable.
- Gift certificates are valid only at https://www.loweszonestore.com
- Gift certificates are redeemable immediately upon receipt. Please keep this information secure.
- The value of a gift certificate is redeemable for all costs, including merchandise, applicable sales tax and shipping fees.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced.
- Gift certificates are valid for one year. This does not apply in California, Washington or other states where prohibited by law.
- If your order total exceeds your gift certificate amount, please include payment for the balance.

Sales Tax

Domestic Shipping Rate Chart
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order based on the total weight of your order. You will have a chance to review your final estimated shipping charge prior to the completion of your order. A minimum shipping charge of $7.95 applies to each shipment. If any items in your order exceed the available quantity, it will remain on your order in back-ordered status. These items will be shipped to you in one shipment when the last item becomes available. You will be charged for these items at that time with a $7.95 shipping charge.
Upon Checkout
Upon Checkout, you will have the option to ship via next day, 2-day, or 3-day air. In order to ensure same day processing, your order must be placed by 12 pm PST/ 3 pm EST and you must select 'rush processing' during checkout. A rush processing fee will be applied to your order.
All Other International Orders
International shipping is available. Standard International Delivery requires the
consignee/customer to pay duty & taxes and brokerage fee's mandated by the Government
for which the shipment is received. Please check with your local agency for details
on estimated fees. BDA is not responsible for duties and taxes. The customer is
responsible for these destination fees. If an international package is refused for
any reason, we will not refund the customer for the merchandise nor shipping & handling
charges. We do not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally.
